back to work

just got back from melbourne australia. it is certainly a great short break for myself by attending the course for leader trainers in gembrook, gilwell park and also meeting up with my sister and brother in law.

will put up some photos soon on the course and now, i have to deal with tone of work matter since this is my first day at work. infact i have back to office yesterday to sort out my paper work.

will have a busy day for this week, woodbadge course is up this weekend, work load pile up on my table, need to attend some event. need to catch up sometime with family also but i believe in time management.

leaving for australia tomorrow.

after 20 years, i will be going to down under again. this time to attend a course for leader trainer. (formerly called ITTC - international training the team course) & also meeting my sister. yeah. great...............................

will be staying in gilwell park gembrook australia during the course. take a look at the enviroment of the gilwell park. you will like it. after the course, i will be staying in melbourne , plan to go for outdoor store for a day and spend another day with my sis before heading home.

what will be my course content like: role & competencies of leader trainers, situational leadership, principles of adult learning theories, managing learning, advance course management.

my group name is kanderstag and group colour is yellow and tutor for the group peta from western australia. will be joining the rest of the team members coming from all round australia.

some foreign participants that i know will be in this course are from hong kong, bangladesh, philippines, vietnam & for sure myself from malaysia.
